Cabernet 2009 IGT Venezia Giulia

Harvest hand made.

The grapes are separated from the stems, then left to ferment, and subsequently macerate for about ten days. Than the wine is drawn off the lees and let blending in stainless steel vats. Malo-lactic done.

It is a vine-bland of CABERNET FRANC and CABERNET SAUVIGNON.

Intense ruby red , with soft tannins and good acidity. Full of fruty flawours when it is jung , with the age becoming rich, intense and elegant.

A fine accompaniment for the cold meat dishes of haute cuisine, white and red meat roasts, poultry, and furred or feathered game

Closed with composite DIAM cork.

Drink it at 23° C. before the end of 2012.
